The judges of the 2010 Man Booker Prize for Fiction released their shortlist this morning, leaving just six novels in the running. The novels on the list do not include David Mitchell’s The Thousand Autumns of Jacob de Zoet , a favorite upon the release of the longlist according to literary-minded gamblers.
